This group is dedicated to helping you relax your mind and body, allowing you to better cope with the stressors faced as a care professional. By focusing on introspection and reconnecting with the self, you can restore your energy & enthusiasm for both work and life. Move through burnout & compassion fatigue by getting in touch with your needs, values & self-compassion. Allow yourself a taste of your own self-care medicine.

Education on specific topics is given to promote self-awareness & growth. Time for writing allows for personal reflection & tracking change across group meetings.
