This group is for women who are single mothers or anywhere is the divorce process. The group is designed to be a safe space where you can share your struggles & successes with others with a shared experience.

Meet in a space set up to bring about a calm body & quiet mind. The space promotes relaxation, safety & inner peace.

gentle movement is used to build body awareness & reconnect with yourself.

Education on specific topics is given to promote self-awareness & growth. Time for writing allows for self-reflection & tracking change across group meetings.

Full Breath

Cultivate a sense of mind-body connection through guided breathing. Give your body a chance to reset & recover.

Mindfulness

Enjoy coming into the moment through guided medication. Gain anxiety management skills by developing a mindfulness practice.

Connection

Social connection can lower anxiety & depression, help regulate our emotions & lead to higher self-esteem. Meet & share with women who understand your journey.
